About the apartment
The apartment in Sainte-Maxime is approximately 40 m² and has a lovely terrace overlooking the entrance to the bay of Saint-Tropez. Start your day with a coffee in the sun or enjoy an al fresco dinner as you watch the light change over the Mediterranean.
The accommodation sleeps three people with a double bedroom and an extra sleeping space in the living room. The decor is simple and functional with good quality furniture. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi (please note that quality may vary), and just 50 meters from the accommodation you will find a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The beach is only 900 meters away, making it easy to combine pool days with sun and swimming in the Mediterranean.
There is no air conditioning in the accommodation, but due to its location close to the sea, the temperature remains comfortable even during the hot summer months.

Investering & Feriebolig has access to two apartments in Sainte-Maxime 308 and 309. Both have the same size and facilities and are located right next to each other. Perfect for two families or multiple generations who want to vacation together but still have their own accommodation.
Location and transportation
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur, about an hour's drive from Sainte-Maxime. We recommend renting a car so you can easily explore the Riviera and the surrounding coastline.
From the apartment you can take day trips to Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice or Monaco, or drive into the hinterland and experience the charming mountain towns. Sainte-Maxime also has a lively town center with markets, restaurants and cafés, giving you the opportunity to experience the French Mediterranean atmosphere up close.

Nice apartment with smaller kitchen. We had both apartments for a family with three big kids. This apartment has a sunny but slightly smaller terrace, while 309 has more space for meals in the shade on the terrace. We liked the nearest beach for a morning swim (10 min walk) and the big beach for longer swimming days (20 min walk). Lots of fish, remember snorkeling gear!

Sainte-Maxime a very cozy town
The view is second to none and the beach that you can see from the view can be reached in 5 minutes - there is free parking available if you turn right just by the beach and then drive 100 meters up. The beach is a wide sandy beach, which is one of the best in the French Riviera. You can walk to the beach below - it's a bit smaller, but also very nice.
