The apartment is in a fantastic location with sea views and only a five-minute drive to a large and wide sandy beach. Approximately 15 minutes away (by car) is the charming center of Budva, often compared to Dubrovnik for its beautiful historic district and Monaco for its glamorous city life and casinos. In addition, a large and wide sandy beach is just a 5-minute drive away.

About the apartment
This first floor apartment sleeps six people in three double bedrooms, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The Budva House consists of three apartments, all of which share a lovely outdoor area with a lounge where you can gather and enjoy the summer evenings.
Location and transportation
The apartment is just a 20-minute drive from Tivat Airport. It is also possible to fly to Podgorica or Dubrovnik. For those wishing to drive here from Denmark, the highway goes all the way to Dubrovnik, after which the last part of the approximately three-hour drive is by road. Montenegro is an exciting travel destination that combines beautiful nature, beaches and culture in the best possible way.
Practical information
- The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 150 euros and includes linen and towels. The amount is paid in cash at the end of the stay.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

We visited the budva house in August and brought our adult children who lived in the living room with their boyfriends. Both apartments were nice and clean with large balconies with plenty of space for 6 people. What we missed was definitely a pool as it was very hot. It would also have been nice to have a small supermarket within walking distance, you are very dependent on a car, so you have to be aware of that. Parking can also be a challenge as there is not much space for 2 cars and one space is difficult to get to due to the steep hill.
I can recommend visiting Budva, Kotor (where we went on a wonderful evening boat trip) and sailing at Lake Damar - really beautiful nature!
We stayed in Budva House 1st floor for a week in July. 3 good bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. Great views and beautiful sunsets, but you have to look through some power lines. On the other hand, shade on the terrace until 15:00, which is important as it is very hot. Cold, cooling jaccuzi in the common area. Solo Mio coffee capsules. Bring your own tea towels. Parking and traffic a challenge. Montenegro is insanely beautiful and cheap. 5 min by car to Jazz beach with sand and free on the right - and nice restaurants.

There is a washing machine in the basement. Remember to bring coffee filters as we have not been able to buy them in the supermarket, which is about 3 km from the house
The house is located with beautiful sea views. A car is needed to get around.
