The apartment is in a great location with sea views and only a five-minute drive to a wide sandy beach. In just 15 minutes (by car) you can reach the center of Budva, a city often compared to Dubrovnik for its historic charm and Monaco for its glamorous city life and casinos. In addition, a large and wide sandy beach is just a 5-minute drive away.

About the apartment
This apartment (2nd floor) sleeps six people in three double bedrooms. The apartment has two bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a little extra comfort. The three apartments in the Budva house share a lovely common outdoor area with a lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or in the city.
Location and transportation
The apartment is about a 20-minute drive from Tivat Airport. It is also possible to fly to Podgorica or Dubrovnik. For guests wishing to drive here from Denmark, the highway goes all the way to Dubrovnik, after which the final stretch of about three hours is by road. Montenegro is a new and exciting destination that we highly recommend.
Practical information
- The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 150 euros and includes linen and towels. The amount is paid in cash at the end of the stay.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

AMAZING views that we enjoyed morning and evening with sunset as a perfect end to the day. The house is a little secluded and hard to find the first time. There are
3 nice beaches nearby where we like Ploce Beach best with cliffs and cheapest and best sunbeds and good service with food and drink. We ate 2 times at "The Farm" Carevic...delicious a la carte food at a very reasonable price. We also ate at Sea Glamping which was delicious and cozy.
Trip with rented boat and skipper on Skardar Lake was a highlight. We drove to Rijeka Crnojevića and took a 3 hour trip...AMAZING.
There is a lot of roadwork between Thivat and Budva so factor that in when planning your trip. There is a shortcut of small mountain roads but it's just a notch too challenging with gravel, big potholes and no room for 2 cars.
Remember that shops and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
At the end of September 2024, we flew to Dubrovnik, Croatia, rented a car and drove for a few hours until we arrived at Investering & Feriebolig's amazing house in Budva, "Budva House". We were just sold when we got up to the 2nd floor apartment and saw the 180 degree view over the Adriatic Sea. The first day we enjoyed just sitting and lying on the balcony enjoying the sun and the view. Even in early October it was warm enough for a couple of beach walks on a really nice beach located 5 minutes drive from the house. Budva town is very cozy and the old town is incredibly charming with the old city walls. The city is 2,500 years old so it exudes soul. There are several good restaurants, bars etc. Really worth a visit. There are a number of other interesting excursions and the house has access to a spa on the terrace. We went with our adult boys and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
Well-functioning accommodation with great views of the Adriatic Sea in a very quiet area. Budva is a manageable town with many offers and opportunities (shopping, beach, padel). Beautiful October weather. The drive from Split to Budva along the coast is as beautiful as it gets.

Very nice apartment with 2 bathrooms. Nice view over the water. Spartan kitchen equipment, and remember coffee filters for the coffee machine. We parked at the house as the car we had was not that big.
We stayed on the 2nd floor of the Budva house and had an absolutely stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. However, we missed a pool as the summer of July 2023 was very hot. Everything in the apartment worked fine kitchen/bath. There can be a shortage of parking spaces 3-4 parking spaces as you have to share with the local residents, who were otherwise very sweet and friendly. Good vacation experience 🙂
3/9-20/9. Lovely spacious house. We rented the living room for our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren and the 2nd floor for ourselves and our daughter. The ground floor is very charming with access to the mega cozy garden area with terrace and jacuzzi. The 2nd floor with fantastic panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
The house is well equipped with sun loungers and other outdoor furniture, table tennis, football and darts.
Several beautiful beaches nearby and beautiful and exciting nature on your doorstep. Finally, visit Farma Carevic, an open farm with a lovely restaurant, located within walking distance from the Budva House. There is also a small grocery store within walking distance, but otherwise you have to drive to shopping, beach and restored is, therefore "only" 4 stars for location. Can only be highly recommended.
