The Budva House (living room) is in a great location overlooking the sea and only a five-minute drive to a wide and inviting sandy beach. In about 15 minutes (by car) you can reach the historic center of Budva, which is often compared to Dubrovnik for its beautiful old town and to Monaco for its lively nightlife and casinos. In addition, a large and wide sandy beach is just a 5-minute drive away.

About the holiday home
The apartment (living room) can accommodate up to six people. It has two double bedrooms, while there are two additional beds on a sofa bed in the living room. Outside, there is a lovely communal lounge area shared with the other two apartments in the Budva house, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or in the city.
Location and transportation
The apartment is just a 20-minute drive from Tivat Airport. You can also fly to Podgorica Airport or Dubrovnik Airport. For those who want to drive there from Denmark, there is a highway all the way to Dubrovnik, after which the last part of the trip of about three hours is by road. Montenegro is a new and exciting travel destination that offers nature, culture and beach life.
Practical information
- The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 150 euros and includes linen and towels. The amount is paid in cash at the end of the stay.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

Super nice vacation. The apartment definitely lived up to our expectations, and what a lovely country. not the last time we go to Montenegro. Would definitely recommend 2 restaurants which are nearby (5 min. by car) respectively Plaza Ploce and the restaurant in Farma Carevic (which is a bit of a mini-zoo). Both places have great views. Was even recommended the 2 by the Dane who lives diagonally opposite "our" house.
We had a wonderful Easter vacation in Budva House! It is perfectly secluded and provides a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. The house is well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed.
Although it's a bit away from the nearest beach and town, that was part of the charm for us. We enjoyed having our own little oasis and the short distances to both beach and town are no problem by car.
Budva House is located in a beautiful, quiet and rather deserted area close to the coast. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and everything works. We were a family of four adults and it was fine.
Unfortunately, there is no sea view from the ground floor - you have to stay on the 1st or 2nd floor to enjoy the nice panoramic view of the house. The shared facilities - lounge and jacuzzi - are right next to the ground floor apartment's kitchen exit and terrace.
There are no beaches or shopping facilities within walking distance, so a car is almost a necessity.
Budva House is ideally located for exploring most sights in Montenegro.
