About the apartment
Our vacation rental in Cannes La Bocca is a modern and welcoming 42 m² penthouse apartment that sleeps four people. The apartment sleeps 2 in a double bed and 2 in a bunk bed, making it suitable for both families and couples looking for a vacation with a mix of beach life, excursions and relaxation.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and a functional kitchen, but without an oven. There is access to a communal swimming pool and other facilities in the complex, and from the large west-facing terrace you can soak up the sun for most of the day while enjoying panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Esterel Mountains. It's the ideal place to dine al fresco or just relax after a day at the beach.
The apartment has its own parking space in the garage, but please note that the space is narrow. If you arrive in a larger car, it may therefore be an advantage to find parking in the area. In addition, a staircase from the underground parking garage leads up to the apartment, which can be a challenge for people with walking difficulties.
Location and transportation
The apartment is centrally located in Cannes La Bocca with both city and beach within walking distance. The beach is just across the road, so you can quickly start your day with a morning swim or spend a relaxing day by the water.
Nice Airport is approximately 30 minutes' drive away and the local train station is just 600 meters from the property. From here there are direct connections to Nice, Antibes and Monaco, making it easy to take day trips along the coast. It's also possible to walk to the center of Cannes along the seafront or take the train and be there in minutes.
Practical information
- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 925 SEK, which includes linen for the double bed, towels, pool towels and tea towels.
- If you are more than 2 guests, extra linen packages can be purchased for DKK 200 per person. These include sheets, duvet cover, one large and one small towel, pool towel, bath mat and tea towel. This must be selected when booking the accommodation.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

Lovely apartment with great views.
We rented a car but hardly used it. The easiest way to visit Monaco, Menton (amazing) and Nice is by train.
Next time we will skip the car.
Nice home, with everything you need. The view from the home is fantastic. Parking conditions are very nice, the suburb in which the home is located offers everything you need without being Cannes'k (luxury).

Great views
Our best recommendation. Fantastic apartment with great location and views. The associated parking space in the basement is not large, on the contrary. There may occasionally be a smell of sewage, but this is probably difficult to avoid, as the property is of older date and many people live there.
Nice accommodation. A little sewer odor, as others have also pointed out. I and F have written that they will have it investigated. The easiest way from Nice Airport was to take the train from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 and then bus 81 to Cannes train station. From here buses 1, 2 and A go to the apartment. You have to get off at the station: Marie Annexe. It is also possible to take the train to a station and find a train to Nice.

A bit of a hassle with "remote" at garage - always remember to use it both in and out.
Good apartment with a fabulous view. Good bus and train connections to surrounding areas. Possibility of hiking in the surrounding area (the tourist office is located in the square and can help with everything - big and small).
Stayed there for a period when there was a need to heat the apartment (11/2 - 4/3 - 23), which was no problem as there is an air-to-air heat pump.
Some noise from the road/railway that runs between the property and the water.
Central location and walking distance to everything. Good bus connections to Cannes center in 10 min. Unfortunately the complex is very worn and sad to look at, but the apartment is usable as a good base for a city and beach vacation. In winter it is recommended to drive the 2 hours it takes to Isola 2000 for skiing.

Lovely pool area with cozy bar and restaurant. Walking distance along the promenade to Cannes center and close to train station. Supermarket, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Elevator to the apartment itself, but stairs up when you have entered and high steps from the apartment onto the balcony make the apartment require you to be mobile, therefore "only" 4 stars for comfort. Otherwise, all in all, the warmest recommendations.
