This cozy city is just 15 minutes by train from Gare du Nord in the heart of Paris. From here you can take the metro to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Montmartre and much more. At the same time, you can enjoy Enghien-les-Bains' own special atmosphere, known for its historic spas and the beautiful Lake Enghien. Along the lake you'll find a theater, casino and wellness experiences. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The city also offers cozy cafés, restaurants and small shops that make it an experience in itself.
About the apartment
The accommodation is a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment with high ceilings and a classic Parisian atmosphere. It is located right opposite the train station and just a five-minute walk from the main street where you'll find a great selection of shops, cafés and restaurants.
The apartment sleeps four people with two sleeping in a double bed and two on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Wi-Fi and a fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your own meals are also provided, as well as a central location that makes it easy to combine your vacation with both the city life of Paris and the quiet charm of Enghien-les-Bains. Please note that the accommodation is not air-conditioned.

high ceilings and a super nice feeling of space; a real Parisian apartment. The apartment is suitable for a family of 4
with two double beds and two sofa beds in the living room. There is NO air conditioning in the apartment.
Location and transportation
The apartment is ideally located for exploring both Enghien-les-Bains and Paris. Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away and the train station, with a direct connection to Gare du Nord, is less than a five-minute walk from the property.
When you want to explore the surrounding area, take a stroll along the main street to the lake, enjoy a visit to the theater or try your luck at the casino. By staying here, you get both access to the big city and the pleasure of a charming local environment.

- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs SEK 550, which includes bed linen and towels. This is automatically added when booking.

We (2v+2b) spent the Easter vacation 2025 in the apartment outside Paris. On the plus side, we like the apartment itself: cleanliness, good double bed, comfortable bedding, kitchen, decor, etc. There are also good opportunities to shop and eat in restaurants. We would have paid a little more for a location on one of the side streets, as to our taste there is a lot of noise and dieselos from the street + trains with the chosen location. But it was probably a good deal, which is part of the concept. It's super easy to get to Paris via Gare du Nord and overall the apartment is a good and cheap alternative to the hotels in Paris.
Nice small apartment with easy and quick access to the RER into Gare du Nord, shopping, cafes and restaurants. Nice and safe area. We can easily see ourselves coming back.
Good little apartment where you can quickly get to the center of Paris as the regional train leaves every 15 minutes. Enghien is a nice little town with all the necessities. We stayed there during a heat wave and had to keep the windows open at night. It made it difficult to sleep due to traffic and food delivery from the crepe shop downstairs. Big kudos to Lise who provided the necessary reassurance if something went wrong.

It's an excellent apartment in a beautiful city close to Paris.
As the apartment is located opposite the station, there is of course a lot of traffic noise from cars, mopeds and trains. Earplugs are therefore good to have with you.
We enjoyed our stay and once you have seen the beautiful houses on a walk around the lake, you can, even if you are over the age of play, take a water bike ride and experience the houses from the water side. Many good restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Lovely little apartment in a great little town with cafes and a fantastic market (especially on Saturdays). Easy to get to the center. Don't forget a couple of passport photos for the train pass (bought at the station opposite) it really pays off.

Nice small and cozy apartment located on the 1st floor.
We flew to Charles de Gaulle airport. Took train "H" to Gare de Nord. Changed to train "B" and went directly to Enghien-Les-Bains. The apartment is 5 minutes from the train station.
You should consider whether to take a taxi instead. If you have heavy suitcases, it can be difficult to drag them up and down the stairs at train/metro stations. In some places there are no escalators or elevators. We bought ordinary tickets in that case. On Monday we went to Gare de Nord and bought Navigo Découverte, which is valid from Monday to Sunday and covers all 5 zones (including the Palace of Versailles), both for Metro and train. Remember to take a small passport photo for this card. It's smart, simple and far cheaper than buying a new ticket every time.
We read somewhere that it's not possible to buy Découverte during the Olympics this summer and that ticket prices will increase during that period.
Many delicious places to eat in the area. We can recommend Hanoi which is a Vietnamese restaurant, La Siciliana with Italian food, La Sandwicherie De Lagare with Take Away food and a French restaurant (which we can't remember the name of) located 300 meters from the apartment on a corner.
The bakery is 30 meters down the street. If you arrive late, there is a small shop nearby where you can buy the most basic necessities.
Good shopping opportunities both in terms of clothing and provisions. There is WiFi and Chromecast.
We can only recommend the apartment.

A bit annoying that there are 4-8 mopeds delivering food until 1am, especially when it is hot and the windows are open.

Good small accommodation. Located at a good distance from the city with good train connections. It is best to buy NAVIGO DÉCOUVERTE which is a travel card valid for one week. Bring a small passport photo for the card. It is valid from Monday to Sunday.
We stayed here for 6 days. It is very basic place for staying in Paris. One could definitely save money.
Rooms and bathroom were quite well maintained. The location was only 5 minutes from the train station.

Paris is always worth a visit...this property is located in a northern part of Paris...a really nice area where there are many beautiful properties and a very large lake, with many activities. If you are into Casino, this is very close, the only one in Paris. The train connection to the city center is almost directly opposite the residence.
The apartment is well furnished with a nice size for 4 people, everything in the apartment is new and functional. The train station is right across the street and trains to Gar du Nord run every 10 minutes, where there is a connection with the metro and all parts of Paris.
Our praise goes first and foremost to Lise Bernard who was incredibly helpful with all the practicalities of trains, metro, taxi, restaurants everything. She responded quickly every time and her help has made our stay in the apartment and Paris a really good experience. 10 stars to her.
