Family-friendly vacation close to beach and culture
Karin is a small Croatian gem with a history dating back to Roman times. Here you can still find archaeological remains such as a small amphitheater and the temple of the Liburnian goddess Latra. Nowadays, the town thrives on tourism and visitors come to enjoy the calm pace, beautiful scenery and genuine Mediterranean atmosphere.
Just a 30-minute drive away, Zadar is a historic port city with quaint streets, lively markets and sights such as the famous sea organ. Here you can combine relaxing in the bay with cultural experiences and good food.
About the apartment
Karin Punta 1st floor is a large and spacious vacation rental, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The apartment is best suited for four adults, but can also accommodate two children on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located in the same building as Karin Punta st.th and Karin Punta st.tv, making it possible to rent all three units together. This is ideal if you are traveling as a larger family or several couples.
The house is a short distance from Karin Bay, where you can go swimming, SUP boarding, kayaking and fishing. After an active day, you can relax in the air-conditioned apartment with WiFi or enjoy an evening at one of the area's restaurants.
Location and transportation
The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, which is about a 30-minute drive from Karin. We recommend renting a car for easy access to the accommodation, the beach and the many attractions in the area.

- 80 euros for final cleaning paid in cash locally and includes linen, towels, wipes and dishcloths
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added when booking. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

Lovely apartment. Close to beach but unfortunately within driving distance to major shopping and only one restaurant within walking distance. Very quiet and calm area
Excellent apartment with everything you need. Clean, neat and newly renovated. Good terrace overlooking the water above the rooftops. Nice beach five minutes down the path opposite, where there are two small shops with fresh bread and hot croissants in the morning, a couple of cafes and a good restaurant. Very beautiful and very warm area.
Incredibly nice apartment. We had rented the top apartment and enjoyed 14 days in beautiful weather. The apartment has everything you need and a nice terrace where evening can be enjoyed. There is a 2 min walk to the beach where you can easily find shade and there is plenty of space. There are not many foreign tourists on the beach. There is also a small grocery store by the beach with all the essentials. A car is an advantage if you want to experience more of Croatia, with good roads to the larger cities.

Really nice apartment, with pretty much everything you need. A few things are missing, but it did not affect our vacation.
Nice and close to the beach. There are quite a lot of people, but also so hot that you can hardly do anything else.
The only thing we have been missing is a larger supermarket a little closer. Maybe we just couldn't find it.
