Karin is a small, charming town in Croatia with roots dating back to Roman times. Here you can still find archaeological remains such as a small amphitheater and a temple to the goddess Latra. The town has evolved over time from wine and livestock farming to a cozy holiday town where the pace is slow and nature is close by.
Just a short drive away, Zadar is a lively port city with a wealth of restaurants, historical sights and not least the famous sea organ where the waves play music. Here you can easily combine relaxing days by the bay with exciting cultural experiences.
About the apartment
Karin Punta st.th. is a newly renovated vacation rental, furnished with a kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. The apartment is best suited for two adults, but can also accommodate two children on the sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for the small family looking for a simple and functional base close to the water.
The property is located in the same house as Karin Punta st.tv and Karin Punta 1st floor, which makes it possible to rent several units together; an obvious solution if you are traveling with the whole family or several pairs of friends. From the house there are a few steps to the bay where you can swim, try SUP-boarding, kayaking or fishing.
Location and transportation
The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, about 30 minutes' drive from Karin. We recommend renting a car to get the most out of your stay and easy access to the accommodation, the beach and the many attractions in the area.
Practical information
- 50 euros for final cleaning is payable in cash locally and includes linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

Very nice apartment with good terrace and close to the beach. The town has a small grocery store, restaurant, a cozy beach bar and cafe. But you can walk or drive about 2 km. then you can get to several restaurants with nice views of the water. By car it is possible to go on day trips to Zadar, the coastal town of Nin, several nature parks, boat trip from the neighboring town and a must Plitvicka national park - it is so beautiful.
Very nice little apartment - short distance to the beach and a small grocery store (garage sale), but has bread and what you could just be missing ........ or what we were missing 😉 The area by the apartment is a small holiday place, there is only a simple restaurant and few cafe / bar, but by car you can easily and quickly get around the area eg. Zadar etc.
