With over 300 days of sunshine a year and a mild climate, Sainte-Maxime is a great vacation destination whatever the season. Summer is warm and sunny, while spring and fall offer temperatures similar to a Danish summer. Even in November, the water is warm enough for a dip.
About the apartment
This bright holiday apartment of approximately 40 m² has a covered terrace where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the entrance to the bay of Saint-Tropez. The beach is just 900 meters away and a lovely outdoor swimming pool is just 50 meters from the apartment.
The apartment sleeps three people with one double bedroom and an extra sleeping space in the living room. The decor is simple and functional, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation (please note that quality may vary).
Please note that there is no air conditioning, but thanks to its location close to the sea, the temperature remains comfortable even in the summer months. There are also good parking options in the area.

Investering & Feriebolig has access to two apartments in Sainte-Maxime 308 and 309. Both are the same size and located right next to each other. Perfect for two families or multiple generations who want to vacation together but still have separate residences.
Location and transportation
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur, about an hour's drive from Sainte-Maxime. We recommend renting a car so you can easily explore the area and take excursions to both Saint-Tropez and the many small coastal gems along the Riviera.
From here you can take day trips to Cannes, Antibes or the picturesque mountain towns in the hinterland that offer charm and authentic experiences.

- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs SEK 970, which includes linen, towels and pool towels. This is automatically added when booking.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to specify the correct number of people when booking.

Nice apartment with nice kitchen. We had rented both apartments for a family with three big kids. This apartment had more space for meals in the shade on the terrace, while 308 has a slightly smaller but sunnier terrace. We liked the nearest beach for a morning swim (10 min walk) and the large beach for longer swims (20 min walk). Lots of fish, remember snorkeling gear!

New wooden floor on the terrace that raises the bottom for perfect views from the terrace. New furniture and good comfort for 3 people.
Can see that someone writes that you have to climb up to the apartment. This is only correct if you park below and walk the long way up. You have to park in the parking lot above and from there it is maybe 10 steps down and 75 meters to the apartment. There are no cars right next to the apartment, which is nice. You live in a beautiful subtropical park!
The property is located in hilly terrain, but the effort to get to the property is fully rewarded with the beautiful views.
It is close to many excursion destinations, but definitely an advantage to have a car if you want to experience something.
It was a heatwave while we were there, so it was nice to cool off in the pool. Although it is a shared pool for all the apartments, there was always nice space and good atmosphere by the pool.
The apartment could use a little TLC, but considering the location, it is compensated for by an affordable apartment.
Fantastic views of the blue Mediterranean Sea from the terrace, but only when you get up, well-kept area and good beds. BUT the access to the holiday home - and small walks in the development itself - is definitely not for people with walking difficulties and is also challenging for all of us who come with luggage, regardless of which parking area you choose. I did not immediately find walking access to 'hiking areas' from the residence, for example, you cannot walk on the beach itself. You can only walk along the road. This means you have to drive every time you want to do something. Sainte-Maxime is a nice town but it is not within walking distance.
The apartment is in dire need of an upgrade.

Not such a big apartment where AirCon would look good. A bit worn, but there was what there should be. AMAZING views, and very quiet. Approx. 500 m to lovely beach 🙂
Access to the apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible as you have to climb a mountain from the parking lot. The location is only for people in good shape. It is important to note! Many stairs and steep climb. The pool is a bit down the mountain.
The apartment is in need of renovation. It was unbearably hot (week 32) without air conditioning. The two small fans did not do much good. The double bed is new and fine. The two pieces of furniture in the living room are very worn and need to be replaced. Small TV screen. Kitchen sparsely equipped.
