The nature around Skagen invites you to go cycling and hiking, excursions to Grenen, where the two seas meet, or a trip to Råbjerg Mile, which is Denmark's largest hiking dune. Skagen is perfect both in the summer and for cozy stays the rest of the year.
About the holiday home
Holiday home no. 97 is located in Skagen Strand Feriecenter. The house has two separate bedrooms with a total of four beds. On the open first floor you'll find two more single beds and the possibility of an extra bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun.
Guests have access to the resort's many facilities, including a waterpark with sauna and steam room, gym, sports hall, playground and several outdoor activities. There's something for both children and adults all year round.
Location and transportation
Skagen Strand Feriecenter is located approximately 12 minutes' drive from the center of Skagen. There is ample parking at the center and the area is ideal for both driving and cycling.

- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs DKK 719. The amount is payable at the reception at the end of your stay.
- Consumption is also payable at the reception after the stay.
- The center also charges an environmental fee of DKK 25 per night.

The apartment is located in the lovely Skagen holiday center, where there is an indoor pool with water slide, sauna, and steam sauna. We were there in October and it was a cozy area even though it was windy. It is nice with underfloor heating in the house. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a room on the first floor with two single beds. In addition, there are two single beds on the open repo.
There is plenty of space in the living room and kitchen and there is everything you need.
It's 10 minutes by car from Skagen, so it's easy to get there. The beach is also a 10-15 walk through nature, so it's well located.
There is no view from the apartment, so therefore a slightly lower star on location and view.
We go there as often as we can and that there is a vacant house!
Nice holiday apartment with lots of activities for children and adults. Trains to Skagen and Frederikshavn 5 min from the apartment.

Bedroom on the ground floor is next to the footpath.
Last 5 sleeping places are on the 1st floor. You get up there via narrow spiral staircase - it will be a challenge if you have walking difficulties.
We were glad we didn't have 7 people staying in the apartment.

We went with a couple of friends and their children for a long weekend. And it was a great stay!
Good facilities in the water park with sauna, steam room and a rather fun slide.
We were in the hall playing badminton and table tennis... (brought our own rackets and bats and balls) and used the soccer field and played mini golf (for free) a few times.
Bonus info, the light rail goes right past the holiday center and with just two stops you're in Skagen. Easy and convenient, and you don't have to fight over who gets to drive home.
About the accommodation:
The upper floor is suitable for 4-5 people. Nice sun terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs and a brand new barbecue. Worked fine for us.
Lovely holiday center with many possibilities for activities that are free to use (remember to bring your own rackets etc.). Nice and well-appointed vacation apartment. We can easily imagine staying there again.
