From the accommodation, it's only a five-minute walk to the water, where you'll find a charming harbor bath. Montenegro is a new and exciting travel destination that we highly recommend, and Tivat offers a combination of authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and modern vacation experiences.
About the apartment
This large holiday home is ideal for a large family vacation or a larger group of friends. The house has six apartments on four floors and a total of 17 beds in eight rooms. There are beautiful panoramic views of the bay and the sea from every floor. The house is close to Montenegro's main attractions, so you're within easy reach of the beach, city life and nature experiences.
Location and transportation
The accommodation is just 11 km from Tivat Airport. Additionally, you can fly to Podgorica or Dubrovnik if you want more travel options.
Practical information
- The final cleaning is mandatory and costs 500 euros and includes linen and towels. The amount is paid in cash at the end of the stay.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.
- Good parking options at the house.

The house has everything you need and it was nice to have air conditioning in all rooms. Super nice view in a quiet area. However, some street dogs that make noise and come onto the terrace several times.
The whole area/town is characterized by very steep hills, which people of all ages find difficult to walk on. Also, be aware that it is a must to have rented a car as it is far away from the beach and city life. The "beach" below is for adults only, as you jump directly into the sea.
Panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor and 3 min walk to the beach by path from the house. There is a grocery store, bakery and 5-10 restaurants within walking distance. It goes steeply uphill from the coast, so the views are fantastic.
It is nice to walk along the beach in the small town and there are plenty of attractions within 30 min drive - small towns on the coast, Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Budva, Kotor and lots of nature.
Tivat airport is 15 min drive from the house.
Was here on a shareholder trip with 10 shareholders and the house works perfectly for a slightly larger group - combines privacy and community.
Only 4 stars on accommodation and comfort, as the final finish is missing in some places. This will be rectified in spring 2025.
