Zeniamar is located in the heart of Orihuela Costa, an area known for its sunny climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Here you can walk along the idyllic water channels surrounded by orange groves or head south to the cozy marina. Meanwhile, some of the Costa Blanca's best beaches are just a short drive away, where you can enjoy soft sand, clear water and relaxing summer days by the Mediterranean.
About the apartment
The newly refurbished apartment offers bright and modern decor with space for a total of 6 people - 4 in two separate bedrooms and another 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The sunny terrace offers stunning views of both the sea and the area and is perfect for casual meals or a glass of wine in the evening sun.
Guests have access to a large communal pool area and green parks where you can enjoy the warm summer days. The pool is close to the property, but without being a nuisance, and is ideal for a refreshing dip when the sun is high. In addition, you'll find restaurants within a few minutes' walk, while Costa Blanca's main shopping center, Zenia Boulevard, is just 2 km away and is ideal for a walk or a short drive for both shopping and dining. When you want sand between your toes, the beach is just a 10-minute drive away.
Location and transportation
The apartment is located in Orihuela Costa, an area where the beach, shopping and city life are close by. Alicante Airport can be reached in about 45 minutes by car, and we recommend renting a car so you can easily combine relaxation with excursions to the nearby cities and beaches.
Within a short driving distance you'll also find exciting excursion destinations:
- Elche: Europe's most palm-lined city (about 40 minutes by car).
- Alicante: A charming coastal city with a seafront promenade, shopping and culture (about 1 hour by car).
- Cartagena: A historic port city founded by Carthage, filled with culture and stories (about 40 minutes by car).
Practical information
- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 1130 kr, which includes linen for the double bed, towels, pool towels and tea towels.
- Consumption is charged at DKK 21 per person per day and is automatically added to the price. Remember to state the correct number of people when booking.

There is a path by the beach to Torrevieja at about 6 km from the apartment, is a visit each. Then eat at Olympos, really nice Greek restaurant. Visited both Cartagena and Murcia definitely worth a visit.
Definitely one of the best apartments we have visited in Spain. Good shopping opportunities, but good restaurants you have to drive a bit for. Lovely roof terrace with sun in the morning (November). Very nice with dishwasher and washing machine and with plenty of space for drying clothes.

Nice accommodation - lind large for two people.
The area and facilities are fine, however it would have been nice to have a south or west facing terrace during a winter period when the sun was not so hot.

Lovely well-functioning apartment, with super nice roof terrace in a quiet neighborhood. We booked a taxi from the airport and managed without a car, which is ok. You can walk to the beach, but you have to cross the main road via a footbridge. We spent some time finding it. The pool area is very nice.
Well-functioning accommodation in a quiet area, at least in March. Pool area is fine, and also contains a small fitness room. good opportunities for active vacation in the area. I would consider returning.
