Terms Shareholder Travel - Investment and Holiday Home

The price of the shareholder trip must be paid upon booking. If canceled no later than 30 days before departure, 50% of the amount will be refunded. You can sell your seat to someone else and we will change the name free of charge
With 10 or less registrations, the trip may be canceled/postponed. In this case, 100% of the price of the shareholder trip will be refunded.
In situations such as earthquake, fire, epidemic, pandemic or similar, we can only be held responsible for the value of the shareholder trip if the participant's travel insurance does not cover. In this case, we may decide to refund the money.
All participants must bring the blue EU health insurance card as well as the regular yellow one. The blue EU health insurance card is free and can be ordered at Borgerservice. Please allow up to 4 weeks from ordering until you receive it.
Participation in all shareholder trips is at your own risk. We recommend that all participants take out travel insurance, as the blue EU health insurance card is not valid in all situations, e.g. repatriation.
During our camps we take pictures. These pictures will only be used by Investering og Feriebolig for social media, advertising, flyers or other purposes. If you do NOT want to be in pictures, you must inform us before the shareholder trip starts.
All participants must follow the rules and instructions on site.
If a participant needs to leave the shareholder journey earlier than planned, there is no refund for any wasted days.
