1. payment

Investering og Feriebolig A/S accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Mastercard,
Mobilepay Online, Maestro.

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the booking has been made unless otherwise
agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, payment will be
reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we deduct or
reject the payment.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Investering og Feriebolig A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all
information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other
outsiders.
Investering og Feriebolig's own website also uses encryption with SSL
protocol.

2. Cancellation policy

Cleaning and consumption - always refunded

No matter when you cancel, we always refund the full amount you paid for cleaning and utilities.

Example:
If you have paid DKK 900 for cleaning and utilities, you will be refunded this amount regardless of when you cancel.

Cancellation 91 days or more before arrival

If canceled 91 days or more before arrival, we will retain a cancellation fee of 5% of the original rental price. The balance will be refunded.
The cancellation fee can be transferred to a new booking made in connection with the cancellation.

Example:
Rental price: 5.000 kr.
- Cancellation fee: 5% of 5.000 kr. = DKK 250
- Refund: DKK 4,750
- The DKK 250 can be transferred to a new booking if you choose a different week.

Cancellation between 31 and 90 days before arrival

If you cancel between 31 and 90 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the rental price immediately.
If the property is subsequently re-rented, we will refund up to the actual rental income from the new tenant minus 5% of the original rental price.

Example 1 - no re-rental:
Rental price: 5,000 DKK
- You get 2,500 DKK (50%)
- The remaining 2,500 DKK is lost.

Example 2 - the property is re-rented at full price (DKK 5,000):
- You get DKK 2,500 on cancellation
- We get DKK 5,000 from the new tenant
- You get another DKK 2,500 - DKK 250 (cancellation fee) = DKK 2,250
- You get a total of DKK 4,750 back
- We keep DKK 250 (5% of DKK 5,000)

Example 3 - the property is re-rented with a discount (DKK 4,000):
- You get DKK 2,500 on cancellation
- We get DKK 4,000 from the new tenant
- You get another DKK 1,500 - DKK 250 (cancellation fee) = DKK 1,250
- You get a total of DKK 3,750 back
- You lose DKK 1,250 in total

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival

If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given unless the property is re-rented. In that case, you will be refunded the amount we receive from the new tenant minus 5% of the original rental price.

Example 1 - no re-rental:
Rental price: 5,000 DKK
- You get 0 DKK back
- Cleaning and consumption are still refunded

Example 2 - the property is re-rented at full price (DKK 5,000):
- We get DKK 5,000 from new tenant
- You get DKK 5,000 - 250 kr. = DKK 4,750 back
- We keep DKK 250 (5% of your original price)

Example 3 - the property is re-rented with a discount (DKK 4,000):
- We get DKK 4,000 from new tenant
- You get DKK 4,000 - 250 kr. = DKK 3,750 back
- You lose DKK 1,250 in total

Important - about discounts and rebooking

You cannot cancel a booking and then rebook the same period at a lower discounted rate.
If the canceled week is booked by someone else at a lower rate, your refund will never exceed what we receive from the new renter minus 5% of your original rental price.

3. Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information
to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your
information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Investering og Feriebolig A/S, we need the following
information:
. Name
. Address
. Phone number
. E-mail address
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product
to you. The personal data will be forwarded to the area managers in connection with booking, as they need it to carry out their work in connection with the rental.

The personal data is registered with Investering og Feriebolig A/S and stored for up to five
years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by
giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what
information is being collected and why.

The director and employees of Investering og Feriebolig A/S have access to the information
registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with Investering og Feriebolig A/S, you always have the right to object to
the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you.

website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

5. Complaint options

In case of complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: booking@investeringogferiebolig.dk and
the website you purchased the item on.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes
Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to Center for Klageløsning via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus (Link) .
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online

Standard withdrawal form

(this form is to be filled in and returned only if the right of withdrawal is exercised)

6 Prices

All prices are per accommodation and are differentiated between 4 different seasons at this time. These seasons are determined prior to each prioritization round and may therefore change from year to year. We make reservations for errors in prices on the website, in catalogs and brochures.

The weeks run as standard from Saturday-Saturday. In high season, you must book a full week from Saturday-Saturday.
In the remaining seasons, we allow you to book at odd times, e.g. Monday-Wednesday the following week

In addition to the rental price, a cleaning fee is added as standard, unless otherwise specified.
