Use the airport in Nice. You can get to Cannes by train, our accommodation is located just after Cannes, where there is a stop. You can also rent a car as there is a parking lot attached to the accommodation (note that the parking lot is very narrow).
Vence can be reached by bus from the airport. You can also rent a car, as there is a parking lot attached.

Use the airport in Nice or Marseilles or drive there. Rent a car and drive to the Sainte-Maxime residence. Use the highest parking lot as you don't have to climb a lot of stairs and can instead walk down to the residence.
