There's room for both big family moments and cozy get-togethers with friends. The interior is thoughtfully designed with good materials, local inspiration and Danish design details to create an authentic and comfortable holiday setting.
As an extra welcome, a small basket is ready on arrival with tapas-style specialties, wine and refreshments - a small gesture that sets the mood from the first moment
How priority rounds work
Every year, 2 rounds of prioritization are held. Here, shareholders submit their vacation rental wishes in order of priority for the coming season. The more wishes you register, the greater the likelihood of having some wishes fulfilled. Investment and Holiday Home distributes the homes among the shareholders.

Currently, there are vacation rentals in Denmark, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Greece, Sweden, Croatia and Montenegro.
In the coming period, we will focus on buying vacation rentals in more countries and areas as requested by shareholders. As a new shareholder, you can also help decide where we buy next. Especially if you can recommend a place you have visited and have good experiences with.
Investing with different funds
Investments can be made with regular savings, company or pension funds according to the rules for investing in unlisted shares.
Easily book your next home
As a new shareholder, you become a co-owner of all the vacation homes in the company. The homes can all be rented at a favorable price by our shareholders, their families and friends. Our ambition is for all shareholders to feel at home in the vacation homes. We welcome all the feedback we receive so that we can continuously work together to make the vacation experience even better.
It is important for us to maintain a high standard of both service and hygiene. Final cleaning is therefore mandatory for all vacation rentals. We keep most homes allergy-friendly, but it is possible to bring your dog in selected vacation homes. Please note that smoking is not allowed in any of our vacation rentals.

Frequently asked questions
When and how can you sell your shares?
The shares are valued on an ongoing basis based on independent assessments of the value of the properties. A price is then set at which the shares can be traded - either via Investment and Holiday Home or directly between shareholders. We carry out capital increases 2-3 times a year - the shares can be sold in this connection.
If there is a need for a quick sale of the shares, e.g. in the event of death or otherwise, the board is authorized to repurchase the shares at book value.
How big a return can you expect?
The budgeted return is 3%, distributed as 1.5% in value increases and 1.5% in operating profit.

How much can you expect to use the accommodation?
There is no limit to the number of weeks or homes you can book. In the prioritization round, you can expect to be allocated approximately 1 week per 1,000 shares (corresponding to a minimum investment of 112,000 DKK). After the priority round, the booking page opens for free booking. Here you can book as much as you want.
