Since 2015, we have run the company Investering & Studiebolig, which has grown steadily year by year. In 2020, in the midst of corona, when many were longing to travel again, we experienced that several of our shareholders requested a similar concept, but this time with a focus on vacation homes.
We looked at the market and quickly saw that most models required large investments and fixed monthly payments. Regardless of whether the homes were used or not. That's why we created Investment & Vacation Home.
With us, you can own a portfolio of 40+ vacation rentals across Europe with no ongoing costs and full flexibility from as little as 112,000 DKK. From city breaks in Paris to ski slopes in Italy and beach villas in Spain. Our goal remains to make vacation ownership accessible, simple and meaningful for far more people.

Board of Directors
He holds a Master's degree in economics and has experience as CEO and editor-in-chief at Dagbladet Børsen.
Leif Beck Fallesen is currently known as an economic commentator on TV2 and also acts as Chairman of the Board of Scandinavian Information Audit.
Educated Cand.polit. Former member of parliament and former minister. Currently works as director of Dialogue against Violence and holds several board positions, including at Post Nord.
Journalist and former TV host. Line has 30 years of experience from the TV industry with news and debate programs. Line currently works as an independent media and communications consultant, blogger and influencer, with a particular focus on the 50+ segment.
Line owns the company LBD Kommunikation Aps and runs the blog 'På bloggen med Line'. She is also active in the company Marbella Fitnesscamp.
